PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide HVAC and Plumbing work for the renovation of Peirce Hall

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Speer Mechanical was contracted to provide all mechanical work for the renovation of Kenyon’s iconic Pierce Hall.  Upon completion, the historic building will provide a dining hall, servery, classrooms, offices, and a 160 seat pub.
