Worthington Industries Corporate Renovation

SCOPE: HVAC renovation including sheet metal for ductwork and HVAC piping, and controls.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: HVAC portion of major renovation including sheet metal for ductwork and HVAC piping, and controls for 139,000 SF of existing office space, common areas, lower level athletic facilities and garage area of Corporate Hill I for new general office space for Worthington Industries.

Speer Mechanical was ahead of schedule for the entire project. Successful field management on the part of the foreman enabled Speer to drive the schedule for the other trades. The mechanical portion of the project included a new VAV distribution system with Teletrol controls. Speer removed the AHUs from the rooftop while the roof was repaired and then reset four new and three reused units.
