PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Provide all plumbing work for an underground, 310 space parking facility
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Speer Mechanical was happy to participate in the Olde Gahanna Revitalization Project by providing all of the plumbing work for the Creekside Underground Garage. The garage services this new east-side community which consists of nearly 240,000 sq ft of mixed-use development; including fine dining, shopping, luxury residences, and access to pedestrian walkways along the newly restored Big Walnut Creek. |
