Project Highlights: HVAC and plumbing for this multi-floor tenant finish for the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services. Speer installed the HVAC, associated piping, and plumbing for floors 4-6. Close coordination with all other contractors was important in keeping the project on time and on schedule. Speer Mechanical played an integral role in the construction of the green renovation of The building, which set national standards for office building renovations and achieved LEED Gold Certification, a set of standards and requirements established by the United States Green Building Council. | | | |
