DESCRIPTION: 350,000 SF Distribution Center PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS: Speer Mechanical was responsible for all mechanical systems for this a 350,000 SF distribution center) including the HVAC and plumbing.
A mechanical room provides HVAC for the distribution center. HVAC equipment at the DC includes two boilers, two chillers and seven central air handling units. Three of the air handling units are large built-up air houses. |
